Engineer Production Planning & Control

Production Planning & Control engineer Focuses on managing production Planning to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and This is a critical and a full-time role whose responsibility is to ensure smooth and timely execution of Production Planning activities

Responsibilities:-

• Create and schedule job orders based on Sales Orders and prepare the Production Plan to meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with the Planner for accurate BOM migration and attribute mapping and ensure accurate material inputs for procurement.
• Provide essential prerequisites for order execution, such as final drawings, ITP, painting specs, and packing procedures.
• Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely receipt of materials and initiate production activities as planned.
• Organize weekly material and production review meetings and prepare and submit weekly progress reports to Project Managers.
• Monitor Budget vs Actual to ensure order execution within the budget, coordinate with Quality & Project Managers for inspection and dispatch clearances, and ensure SLOB reduction and optimal inventory levels.

Education Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University, specializing in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:-

• 5 – 10 years of experience in production planning and control.
