Engineer Ports Solutions Engineering Documentation

• Deliver Subsupplier & Product documentation for the target audience.
• Scoping and planning of deliverables according to requirements in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Sub supplier parts documentation which involves identifying document requirements for spare parts & assemblies, ordering documents, follow-ups, quality checks of received documents and uploading into company database.
• Co-ordinating & Collecting Sub Suppliers serial number documents, compiling with set of documents and sending it to customer.
• Secure deliveries from Internal/External stake holders such as operation manuals, service documentation, drawings, diagrams, datasheets, and lists according to scope and plan, meeting requirements as to standards and quality.
• Compiling of serial number sub-supplier and customer documentation
• Receive and/or download electronic drawings and documents, file in the appropriate system and maintain a document received schedule.
• Monitor progress and performance and report to the relevant Project Manager.
• Filing of electronic correspondence in accordance with Quality Assurance and project document management procedures.
• To follow company policy / rules.

Educational Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical / Production Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience:-

• Excellent written English language skills and a minimum of 3-5 years of global experience in documentation co-ordination with a suitable education are a prerequisite for the position. Preferably in the Crane Industry Material handling equipment or Heavy engineering.
• We expect to have previous experience in documentation controller; especially We value knowledge about product documentation. The ability to communicate global supplier and other stake holders for technical documents.
• Technical knowledge either in the electrical or mechanical area is seen as a big advantage.

Skill sets needed:-

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in global teams.
• Sound knowledge of basics of Engineering.
• Interpersonal & good stake holder management skills.
• Subsupplier & Product documentation.
• Technical communicator and Editor.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.
