Engineer -IOT Cloud Developer

• You will be part of the team – working on developing a central cloud data platform for capturing data from various sources like vehicles and on-premise locations, etc.
• The cloud platform is extensively made on open source technologies. Some of the responsibilities of this team are to natively deploy applications to the cloud and on IoT devices, which connect back to the cloud platform for ETL operations and enable AI applications through big data processing.
• The team manages the full lifecycle of cloud and conception and implementation of data acquisition concepts in transmission development.
• Continuous knowledge building in the subject and permanent exchange with other subject matter experts.
• Establishing and expanding a network in the specialist field and actively helping to shape the digital transformation in transmission development.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• Successfully completed master’s / diploma degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with 4+ years of working experience in cloud development.
• Experience in international (and cross-departmental) projects and outstanding programming skills preferred in Python, JavaScript, Rust. Secure coding practices and care for the code quality and readability via GIT code management workflows including CI/CD.
• Proficient in Linux system level programming and working experience on multiple technologies like various MQTT brokers, Kafka, Spark, HDFS, Kafka streams,
• Experience with data interface technologies like Postgres SQL, Neo4J, GraphQL, REST and programming experience in Android/IOS/ Mobile Apps(would be an added plus) and experienced in working with Docker, Kubernetes or other distributed systems.
• Good experience in Cloud Platform – Open shift, Open stack, Azure, AWS. Etc..
