Electronics Hardware Technical Expert

• Design electronics products mainly for residential and industrial segment for new product design ,  Updates and Value Engineering 
• Responsibility starts from design specification preparation, architecting design, critical component selection and modifications, design, perform various design analysis, proves design concepts through a combination of simulation and physical laboratory testing
• Develops engineering delivery and test plans for various  functional and safety tests. Coordinate with different cross functional team including procurement, quality, plant support, supply chain, Customer support 
• Carries the design from concept to manufacture according to Agile/PMP methodologies with some help or individually based on complexity of project. 
• Managing one or more electronics project in terms of delivery

Qualifications and Experience:-

• MTECH (ECE) or B-Tech/BE in EEE/ECE
• (6-12) years of Design experience in Mixed Signal board design with strong hands on in end-end product design

Knowledge & Skills (Must Require):-

• Strong design experience in Mixed signal ( Digital + Analog) board design (specially in New Product Design or Product Sustenance).
• Hands-on design experience in MPU/MCU based high speed Digital Design.
• Experience inworking with power converters (AC/DC or DC/DC) designs for Industrial environment
• Experience in digital Communication protocols and Field bus protocols like RS485, CAN,  SPI/I2C, Any BMS protocols
• Experience in Schematics drawing (OrCAD /mentor graphics…) .Strong hands-on experience in hardware design & development cycle
• Experience in the Board brings up , details functional design testing  and value Engineering
• Design exposure in EMC design and understanding of certification standards for countries (AU/NZ, EU)
• Good experience in cross functional co-ordinate with other engineering teams (PCB Layout, mechatronics, Firmware, Verification, Supply Chain, Industrialization) in matrix organization
• Experience in working with multi function team and leading few topics invidually.  

Knowledge & Skills (Nice to have) :

• Experience in complete end to end electronics product design, Development, and Product range management
• Experience working with global team managing product ranges
• Experience in one or more Simulation ( PSpice, AMS, LT Spice) is plus
• Knowledge on High Speed interface like Ethernet, DDR is plus
