Electromechanics/Electrotechnology, Senior Test Engineer

• Advanced knowledge of microgrid control methods, energy management systems, isochronous and droop operation of resources, load controllers and switchgears.
• Understanding of inverter and testing
•  Power system modelling and analysis tools such will be an advantage
•  Knowledge on developing models of the microgrid electrical power and energy system using conventional and advanced analysis tools to verifies stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of system architecture.
• Participates in design, deployment and commissioning of lab for microgrids and microgrid control systems
• Provides technical support to development teams .
• Documents test plans , specifications , system approval test procedures and instructions,.
• Authors and prepare customer reports and technical papers for conferences,
  Work closely with cross functional team  on the assessment of new opportunities.
• Actively participates in development and delivery of training of additional resources in his/her area of expertise
• Provides strategic input in identification of and securing business with new customers
•  Builds relationship with the customers, subcontractors, product engineering team, and others throughout the project development cycle.
• Provide oversight of a project team to assure technical and financial milestones are met.
• Expertise on Grid codes to define project constraints
• Good knowledge of governmental policies [incentives by country]
• Advise on best type of Distributed Energy Resources to use.
• Create set of Reference Designs for Buildings subsegment as Hotels, Offices, Malls etc… 
• MV / LV Electrical Architectures
• MV/ LV protection products list

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• B.Tech: Electrical  and Electronics Engineer  6+ years of industrial experience, including expertise in energy storage, solar, wind, and generator controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.: You are electrical Engineer with experience in electrical distribution and 2 years on Microgrids applications.
• Knowledge in Matlab And/or Simulink And/or Python will be a plus

Back ground:-

• You have already work on microgrids applications and you have a strong knowledge in distributed energy resources and their behaviors.
• You already master simulation tools and have excellent skills in electrical distribution.
• You know Schneider Electric MV and LV protection devices.
