Electrical Offer Engineer

Responsibilities:-

• Act as a direct interface to the sales for all the needed techno-commercial support on Wire rope hoists and crane solutions for New component & Modernization offer.
• Interpret the required technical specifications to determine the scope of work.
• Ability to search company archives to find records of reference offers. Must be proficient in reading electrical drawings.
• Perform offer engineering tasks using established procedures. Create electrics layouts for offer; undertake all necessary electrics calculations, dimensioning, and component selection to confirm designs and generate solution based electrical designs.
• Escalate and Co-ordinate support for offer the inquiries to the global offer support team.
• Communicate schedule for deliveries of offer requests to the requestor & the reporting Manager.
• Assure quality assurance in offer process by monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and implementing the corrective actions.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying all regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by reporting Manager.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• B. Tech/B. E – Electrical Engineering
• Good Technical background with Professional experience desirable
• Work experience: 2- 3 yrs.
• Competencies in CAD & SAP will be an added advantage
• Experience in electrical design, (Product knowledge of EOT cranes, wire rope hoists, Jib cranes, chain Hoist and components will be considered as an added advantage)
• Good understanding of the business requirements to pitch the most cost-effective solution to the sales.
• Familiar with crane standards FEM & EN etc.
• Excellent communication skills & to work and communicate effectively with a globally distributed and cross functional teams
• Flexible and structured
• KPI’s : Quality, Punctuality, Lead time (Efficiency).
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standard requirement
