Electrical Engineer (P&M)

• Maintain and monitor all electrical HT and LT power supply and distribution at site.
• Preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment’s and maintain spares for uninterrupted work at site.
• Monitors a predetermined schedule of preventive maintenance to include inspecting equipment for proper lubrication and cleaning, complete preventive maintenance records.
• Monitors performance of plant and equipment used on site to determine efficiency and maximum utilization.
• Maintains and updates breakdown record of all equipment and suggest ways to minimize breakdown period.
• Prepares monthly summary of total maintenance cost for all plant and equipment.
• To ensure Continuously monitoring of health of the equipment is being done.
• Ensure Lowering of O&M cost- O&M cost / Equipment acquisition value against the IHC.
• Maintaining control on discipline of operators and workmen, to ensure misuse of Equipment by operators and workmen is avoided.
• To reduce external repairing of machine.
• To ensure Pre-start verification is conducted before the shift start. Educating the operators about the safe operation of equipment.
• To optimise spares inventory against asset value.
• To ensure proper resource mobilisation and retainment of subcontractor resources at project site.
•  To ensure proper operation and regular preventive maintenance of all equipment.
• To ensure proper planning and control of spares procurement, consumption, stock & obsolescence.
•  Development of vendors for equipment repairs and spares.
•  Ensure genuine spares are used for reliable repairs.
•  To ensure that P&M safety audit is conducted at site in stipulated duration.
•  To ensure TPI is conducted for all lifting equipment and machinery.
•  To ensure achieving the quality objectives and targets set by the BU head.
•  To maintain proper P&M documentation as per ISO 9001:2015.
• To ensure safe P&M operations- Zero fatal at work locations.

Minimum Qualification:-

• B.TECH/B.E
• ENGINEERING DIPLOMA

Required Experience:-

• Min 5 – 10 Years
