Electrical Engineer – Maintenance

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors Division in Vadodara, Gujarat. In this role you will be reporting to Maintenance Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:-

• Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.
• Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
• Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
• Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process
• Different shift working and available for 365 days 24 X 7 for the emergency breakdown and shut down work.

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years Industry Maintenance Experience. Having Electrical supervisor license.
• Well known and experience about all electrical utility equipment Transformer, DG set, Water pump house, Fire hydrant system, UPS, STP, Substation etc. drawings and its operation.
• Familiar with Hydraulic/Pneumatic system, HVAC Chillers, Compressor, RO plants, AHU, Cold storage, Material Handling equipment, Fire alarm system.
