Organizing and leading the review of complex designs for Technology and Customer oriented projects Assessing new technologies in the market that could benefit Visteon/Visteon’s customers. Revising technologies as they can be commercialized Leading the Technology Hardware Roadmap definition and it’s execution Organizing and roll out global training to the Electrification engineering teams Validating and Sign Off “HW design assets” before release for global usage Critically reviewing the usage of Electrification Control Electronics Simulation as a support tool for HW design Involving the global HW footprint in identifying key features to be incorporated in the technology roadmap can be broken down in innovation steps within the HW CoC Establishing a strong alignment with the PdM groups based Globally ensuring reference designs meets the HW development best practices for circuit design and business standards Supporting patent applications Technical Knowledge, Skills and Experience:- MS / 10 years or PhD / 7 years 10+ years of active experience in Automotive HW development Global recognition for HW development excellence Industry recognition for expertise in hardware competence Exhibits proficiency/mastery of a technical area. Consistently makes key technical contributions at group level and ability to contribute to cross-functional technical problems.
