Electrical & Automation- LTSSHF

• Maintenance experience in CNC-operated machines. Heavy duty horizontal lathe, VTLs, Boring Machines, Milling Machines, Bandsaw Machines. Should have hands-on practice on Siemens 300/200 Series PLCs, Siemens 840 Series CNC systems & Siemens Wincc HMI software for troubleshooting & Development. Diagnostic & troubleshooting skills in the control System, the Communication system is essential for CNC and PLC-based equipment.
• Maintenance experience of EOT cranes in the range of 25 T to 500 T in capacity. Crane experience with Radio Remote, AC Drive (Connected on BUS) & PLC integration is mandatory.
• Maintenance of Instrumentation & Automation of Forging, Heat treatment & Utility system – Cooling Tower, WTP, Air/Gas Distribution station, Boilers, Pump House, Compressors, Gas fired Reheating & heat treatment furnace, Hyd. Operated press-Manipulator, Forging auxiliary equipment.
• Development of Level-1 Automation (PLC/SCADA/HMI Based) system.
• Knowledge of Protection Relays, PID Controllers, Thyristor based Electro heated furnaces,  RTD,TC,PT,FT, LT and associated process instrumentation, Various switchgear components, Industrial wireless communication, VSDs.
• Use of ERP, MS Office & Documentation software (Drawing-Modification/revision ), Quality, EHS & Energy Management System, Work permit system. He should have a government-approved electrical supervisor licence.
• Should have good oral & written communication skills and Handle and manage of Shifts and teams of Technicians.
