Digital Twin Content and Maintenance Engineer – HVDC

Responsibilities:-

• Working closely with the project/engineering organization within PGGI, R&D and the AVT team.
• Collaborate with documentation and training managers to receive the applicable documentation.
• Integrate connections from PowerTwin to MIMS operations data.
• Converting and enhancing 3D models to the applicable PowerTwin file format and integrate inside PowerTwin.
• Knowing how to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and being fully comfortable with item designations etc. to make connections to e.g. documents.
• Being able to fetch information from e.g. a Main Circuit Diagram and populate that information accordingly on all assets.
• Adding/uploading documents and tagging/labeling them appropriately in PowerTwin.
• Building colorized 3D HSE environments in PowerTwin based on energized areas, escape routes, safe zones, restricted zones and more.
• Always look into how we can make PowerTwin better in terms of content visualization.
• Customer on-boarding, handover and education.
• Testing of the PowerTwin system.
• Internal and external (customers) maintenance support.
• Train other people as we grow the team.

Qualification And Experience:-

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4-8 Years of experience in Autodesk suite, Navisworks, Solidworks and NX typically from EPC background.
• Extensive knowledge in Single Line Diagrams, Main Circuit equipment, mechanical, system and electrical engineering.
• Used to a multicultural and challenging global business environment and can handle several tasks in parallel.
• Described as energetic, motivated and self-confident person who can handle both ups and downs and manage problem that may occur.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in HVDC project will be an added advantage.
• Team player with strong communicative and collaborative skills who likes to interact with other people.
