Digital Solution Engineering Specialist- MES, Cement & Mining

Responsibilities:-

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development. The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid This role is contributing to the process automation process industries in Bangalore, India. Main stakeholders are from process industry customers as cement & mining. You will be mainly accountable for:

• You will be delivering end to end MES Project for process industry customers as Cement & Mining while ensuring the project deliverables are met in terms timeline, quality & cost and working effectively with all internal and external stakeholders as customer, project manager, product team to name a few.
• You will be responsible for all technical deliveries during the project life cycle – basic and detail engineering, testing, com- missioning / deployment of the system at customer place.
• During the entire project cycle you need to interface with customer and adhere to the planned schedule of activities. You need to prepare periodic reports (like engineering progress report, commissioning report, time sheet) and update relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure customer queries are resolved on time & maintain customer relationship through professional approach.

Qualifications and Experience:-

• You must have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in implementation of MES solutions and handling end to end customer projects independently, preferably in process industries as Cement or Mining.
• Should have experience working on ABB Knowledge Manager System or other MES system for process industry.
• Should be able to do KPI analysis, OPC interface with Control System and third-party Interface. Should have basic Knowledge on Oracle database along with Java/VB Scripting Language.
• Analytics skillset / python coding will be an added advantage.
• B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma from a reputed University with First Class in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in English
