Design Engineer- Industrial Structures and Machineries

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design of machinery, structures and their sub-systems, accessories for industrial, construction, stage (auditorium) application
Understanding system requirements, creating concepts based on defined requirements, and detailed design to meet the project & system specifications
Selection of electro-mechanical drives and standard machine elements.
Creating 3D model, assemblies, assembly & manufacturing drawings with standards + new templates
Simulation of components/assemblies based on the loads and standards
Engineering calculation & documentation
SAP activities for material number creation/modification, BOM Export, etc.,
Pro-Active, quick learning and capable of handling the task independently

Qualification And Experience:-

Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering

Mandatory skills:-

Industry experience in the machine design with a good technical background, product development process / cycle
Proficient in Creo, SAP & PDM Wind chill, MS office tools
SAP knowledge – PR0/PR1
Manufacturing process & fabrication
GD&T and DIN/ISO standards
Basic knowledge in electrical drives and related actuators/sensors
Good problem solving & analytical capabilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable skills:-

Finite element analysis
Basic Knowledge in Auto-CAD
German language will be added advantage
Basic knowledge on hydraulics & pneumatic
