Design Application Specialist

Study & collection of inputs for Lighting Design:-

• Receive enquiry as per checklist or requisition formats.
• Study technical specification in details & request for clarifications.
• Communicate with customers for missing inputs which are essential for lighting design.
• Attend site survey for collection & understanding of inputs.

Preparation of Illumination Design:-

• Preparation of illumination design & luminaire BOQ as per requirements and proper inputs.
• Illumination design and proper output using AGi32 or DIALux software.
• 3D or 2D lighting simulation for architectural lighting using AGi32, DIALux evo, Photoshop or any other software.
• Cross-checking of lighting design done by other designers.
• Handling Key specifier for providing better support of lighting design, BOQ, incorporation of Bajaj make luminaire etc. in the specifications.

Presentation to Clients:-

• Preparation of critical Architectural/ Façade lighting simulation/ presentation.
• Presentation to the client/ consultant, if required.
• Attending meeting with specifier/ client / consultant / architect for technical discussion.

Cross-functional co-ordination:-

• Support/ technical details to execution team during execution, as & when required.

Knowledge development and training:-

• Should have enough product knowledge.
• Should have good knowledge on photometry light distribution etc.
• Should stay updated about new technology in lighting design and controls.
• Capable of training of team members.

Follow all internal processes as per ISO manual
