Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets for retail and channel sales
- Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and market penetration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement channel marketing activities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant information to the management team
- Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and best practices
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
Qualification And Experience:-
- MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in the Solar Manufacturing / FMCD / FMCG industry
