Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets for retail and channel sales
  • Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and market penetration
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement channel marketing activities
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant information to the management team
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies

Qualification And Experience:-

  • MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in the Solar Manufacturing / FMCD / FMCG industry

  • Pune, Maharashtra.
