Deputy Manager / Manager – Contracts

• Term sheets and O&M contract execution with various OEMs for Wind assets operations and maintenance.
• O&M contracts execution including SECI- I, II, III, GUVNL bid contracts, etc.
• Formulation and execution of various other business agreements, settlement agreements, technical agreements, spares supply agreements, etc.
• Ensuring Contractual Compliance in terms of performance warranties and other deliverables in relation to the obligation of the service provider.
• Mergers and Acquisitions – Due diligence with respect to contractual adequacy and support to the operations team by highlighting the identified gaps and taking up with senior management.
• Facilitating Asset Management Team in legal related correspondences by collaborating with internal and external counsels.
• Litigation support.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• Education: B.E./ B. Tech. MBA would be added advantage.
• Experience: 6-8 years’ relevant post qualification experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Negotiation skills.
