Deputy GM/ GM/ Senior GM – Regional Sales (Solar)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Lead to join our growing team. The position would be responsible for driving sales growth, for our Solar projects in the assigned region. This is a critical role that will directly impact the success of our business.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region
  
• Identify and qualify new sales leads
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  
• Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast sales revenue
  
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
  
• Track and report on sales performance metrics
  
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  
• Negotiate and close sales agreements
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments

Qualification And Experience:-

• Masters degree in a relevant field
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  
• Minimum of 15 – 18 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  
• Strong leadership and management skills
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
