Deputy General Manager – R&D Power Electronics

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:-

• Electrical & Mechanical System Design for Power Quality and Rotating Machines (AC/ DC Drive).
• Lead person for Industrialization for Power Electronics product with NPl team & setup of testing facility at SE Factory at Ahmednagar.
• Testing certification, 3rd Party Inspection & Auditing.
• Development of vendors & coordination for productionizing.

Functional Competencies:-

• Extensive experience in Electrical Systems (Drives and PLC). Should have managed a shop floor.
• Should be able to execute task independent and take decisions.
• Familiar with best practice and industry standards in terms, creepage and clearance, thermal management and robustness.

Qualifications:-

• BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/ECE/EEE)
• Experience: 10 – 15 years
