Deputy General Manager-HSE

Implement and monitor the HSE management system in accordance with ISO 45001& ISO 14001 and IFC Standards as directed by Head HSE, in line with contractual HSE obligations with customer HSE Co Ordinator for International Sites

• Develop and implement HSE strategies and policies tailored to solar energy projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor the HSE team in the effective management of safety and environmental issues related to solar projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address HSE issues and enhance safety and environmental practices
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of HSE equipment and tools relevant to solar installations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualification:-

• Diploma/Degree Electrical Engineering or any other branch of Engineering
• Diploma in Industrial Safety from Government recognized Technical Institute
