Debug Engineer electronic technology-PCBA manufacturing

• Study electronic schematics ,Circuit diagrams and electrical specs for PCBA’s/ components.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuit boards assemblies.
• Analyze, Debug, test to find the fault/defect on PCBA.
• Use of quality tools for Root cause analysis & initiate & implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Make and Maintain Debug guide based on data, defect trend.
• Compilation of Debug data/reports and responsible for data analysis.
• Coordinate with Production team to reduce/eliminate defects.
• Maintain and improve 5s on shop.
• Perform Mirror Man function in PCBA assembly area to arrest defects during manufacturing process.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report the same.
• Needs to work in 3 shifts

• Knowledge of electronic circuits (Analog as well as Digital) & electronic components passive as well as Active.
• Problem solving Skills
• Use of Measuring equipment’s

Qualification And Experience:-

• Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & telecommunication with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• BE Electronics, Electronics & telecommunication with 2 to 4 years of related experience.
