ib vogt GmbH recruitments Customer Success Manager – Solar Projects Job in Pune, Maharashtra

Candidate shall be responsible for day-to-day liaison with project owners of the Solar Parks and various government authorities for Joint Meter Reading (JMR), Invoice preparations, submission to the concerned office and getting credit adjustment from concerned DISCOMs in Maharashtra. Candidate shall also be responsible as an asset manager for project owners in Solar Parks for day-to-day communication during project level, coordination with the customer and its documentation, O&M, reports, O&M Contract Management, timely invoicing & collection of O&M charges etc.

The candidate shall perform the following functions including but not limited to:

Billing & Liaison:-

Preparation, submission & getting various approvals/ permits from concerned government authorities
Follow-ups with site O&M team for monthly JMR of individual projects.
Timely submission of monthly generation invoices to DISCOMs.
Coordinate & set up the adjustment processes with concerned DISCOMs and achieve timely energy settlements/ issuance of generation credit reports from DISCOMs to project owners on monthly basis.
SPOC for all OA customers for JMR/ billing & settlement of power generation to their respective accounts including discrepancy management in actual and allowed units by the DISCOMs considering banking and other prevailing OA regulations
Interdepartmental coordination to address customer issues
Follow-ups with customer and government authorities regarding DSM/ SLDC matters
Support in getting approvals for Maharashtra Projects and related documentation

Approvals and Permits:-

Candidate shall be responsible for day-to-day coordination with customers and getting project-related permits and approvals
Shall be working closely with the Project Development team for getting timely permits and approval
Shall have strong liasoning skills at state level and understanding of policy and regulations

Asset Manager:-

Understanding O&M agreements with the project owners, vendors and their contract management
Work closely with the sites and HO O&M & Finance teams/ to develop, maintain and manage the O&M cash flows. Coordinate with the O&M team for addressing services issues and highlight/escalate the critical situation on behalf of Clients.
Arrangement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual generation performance & comparison reports and review with Head, O&M. Performance monitoring of individual plants on a daily/ weekly/ monthly/ annual basis.
Coordination with site O&M team for project owner’s site visits.
Maintaining and reconciliation of customer O&M accounts.
Preparing weekly/monthly reviews for Internal and for Customers and keeping a close watch on regular expenses/profitability.

Candidate’s Experience:-

Minimum 5 years of relevant & prior experience in JMR, EB billing, credit reports & power settlement for captive projects, OA policies & regulations in Maharashtra.
Thorough understanding of the functioning of solar Projects and O&M
Understanding of relationship management with clients, Govt officials, interdepartmental communication and other stakeholders.
Regular visits to project sites and in various departments and DISCOMs for streamline/resolution JMR /credit reports across Maharashtra
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Software skills – MS office (hands-on)

Qualification and Educational Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree from any recognised institute.
