Credit and Collections Manager

• Executes management responsibility for the EMEA Collections operations within the Bangalore Collections COE.
• Directs policies/procedures, processes, and strategic plans for the Bangalore Collections COE
• Coordinates, develops, and manages the performance of Bangalore Collections COE EMEA Regional A/R Analysts by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
• Evaluates and possesses knowledgeable expertise surrounding Collection Strategies
• Establishes guidelines and procedures for the departments’ objectives surrounding these criteria.
• Works closely with Customer Service and Commercial organization to settle disputes on collection issues.
• Meets and negotiates with customers and account managers to discuss and evaluate credit worthiness, credit issues, and improve customer satisfaction within the Finance organization.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• The role will in evening shift (2PM onwards).
• Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree
• Executes management responsibility for the Bangalore Collections COE operations.

• Coordinates, develops and manages the performance of Collection Analysts by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
• Works closely with sales, marketing and financial management to ensure the maximizing of revenue growth for the company while minimizing the financial risk on customer accounts.
• Evaluates and possesses knowledgeable expertise surrounding credit worthiness, financial state.
