Consultant – Civil & Structural

Responsibilites:-

• Ensure all work to be carried out with a positive attitude towards safety, both in design and in the office environment
• Undertake Lead Designer Role of major FEED / EPC projects
• Provide technical support to project as CAD Coordinator
• Support Performance Reviews and follow-up with technical discipline staff
• Provides technical support and guidance to designers

Duties:-

• Preparation of Civil / Structural Drawings / Models in accordance with India Operations Technical Work Instructions, India Operations standards and Client standards, Plot Plans and latest Vendor Data
• Coordinates work with other Designers
• Checking of drawings / models in accordance with India Operations Technical Work Instructions, India Operations standards and client standards, Plot Plans and latest Vendor Data
• Ensures History files are up to date with respect to the deliverables responsible for
• Coordinates with other disciplines as and when required
• Coordinates with other India Operations affiliated offices with respect to workshare
• Keeps abreast of the project strategy and key drivers
• Participates in Model Reviews as and when required
• Report changes to the Lead Designer / Lead Engineer

Skills / Qualifications:-

• Trade Certificate of Industrial Training Institute in Civil Draughtsman / Mechanical Draughtsman (Essential)
• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (Desirable)
• A minimum of 25+ years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering design environment with lead role in project execution (Essential)
• Ability to lead large / medium teams in a multi-discipline task force-based engineering design environments (Essential)
• Proven expertise in FEED and EPC Engineering design in Project execution (Desirable)
