Condition Monitoring Specialist

Responsibilities:-

• You will be responsible to Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders in preparing FMEA for Cement and Mining equipment.
• You will also work very closely with the Product Line managers, Engineering team and Service Team to define the scope of CMS Solutions.
• You will coordinate within the Group Digital team to define the Specifications for New Applications for CMS Solutions
• You will be responsible for developing the monitoring strategy and Alarm strategy for various equipment in Cement and Mining industry.
• You will actively engage in internal and customer discussions to define the sensor and controller packages for CMS Solutions
• You will actively be involved in evaluation of vendors and technologies that will be integrated in the FLSmidth CMS Solution

Qualification And Experience:-

• You should be Flexible to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• You should have Good Communication skills both Verbal & Written.
• You should have ability for consensus building and negotiating as multiple stakeholders are involved in the CMS Solution Development
• You should have minimum 8-10 Years of experience in Various Condition Monitoring technologies viz. Vibration analysis, Lubrication monitoring, Nondestructive testing.
• You must have a basic knowledge about the Machines and basic Subsystems like Hydraulics and Lubrication systems, preferably with knowledge in Cement or Mining process.
• Some advance knowledge about SCADA and DCS system would be preferred.
