Chief Manager- QHSE

Responsibilities:-

• Lead development of Quality Assurance processes and SOPs with Strong Quality Monitoring system across projects
• Lead the development and implementation of EHS programs to ensure Serentica standards of safe work environment are met across all operations.
• Drive monitoring of EHS performance metrics, reporting of metrics to project management and senior management team and identification of risk mitigation steps.
• Track and monitor QA/ QC at project level through Quality Leads in Project and HO Team.
• Install checks and process controls to ensure strict adherence to EHS guidelines across all site staff (including contractor workforce)
• Undertake investigation of safety/ environmental accidents to identify root cause of accident and implement required corrective actions.
• Coordinate EHS audits and risk assessment programs, provide support for identification and implementation of key initiatives at project sites.
• Establish culture in which employees’ “live” quality in all their actions.
• Establish rewards and penalties, to ensure quality discipline at site.
• Promote EHS culture and awareness.
• Develop internal capabilities and resources to address key EHS risks .

Qualification And Experience:-

• Graduate degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Min experience of 15+ years in QHSE field.
• Track record of setting-up and managing EHS function in an infrastructure company preferred.
• Lead Auditor ISO 14001/OSHAS 18001.
• Travel required to project locations.
