High on customer focus , adding new accounts, customer retention & driving profitable growth while delivering a broad and deep relationship with our key accounts overseas
Management of for Key Process and System management like CRM, SFDC, contract management & other export documents.
Responsible for End to end business deliverable for overseas customers (Enquiry to Order to Cash)
Responsible for management of areas such as Sales, logistics and compliances
