Chief Manager- Business Development

The ideal person would be leading the Business Development and Market Creation initiatives in the Infra BU for greenfield Inter-State as well as Intra-State Transmission (ISTS and InSTS) Projects.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:-

• Driving the identified initiatives for business development and market creation for Infra BU.
• Front-facing interactions and representing Sterlite in interactions/ meetings with Central Govt. stakeholders (such as CEA, CERC, etc.), as well as State Govt. stakeholders (such as Energy Dept., State Transcos, SERCs, among others).
• Support market creation initiatives relating to Energy Storage.
• Analysis of regulations, guidelines, policies, orders, etc. to extract relevant key insights for the business development initiatives.
• Develop new concepts for engagement as well as policy push for key stakeholders to meaningfully drive market creation aspects for ISTS and InSTS projects.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify differentiators for the company.
• Support bidding team with on tender specific asks and requirements with key stakeholders.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• 8-10 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in business development domain.
• MBA degree is a must. Preference would be given to Engineering Graduates.
