Business Development Manager – EPC and Panel Builder

You will be working as Business Development Manager – EPC and Panel Builder and will be part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for Drive Products business in EPC and Panel Builders market PAN India basis. Developing and maintaining segment specific business development strategies to meet order targets and ensure sustainable, profitable business growth by planning, overseeing implementation of plans/strategies, and supporting FES team in driving market development within company guidelines for EPCs and Panel Builder market.

Responsibilities:-

• Evaluating market opportunities and deciding appropriate activities in line with the strategy
• Defining target markets, segments, applications and with optimum sales channels. Preparing business plan for cluster-wise to achieve order targets and build sales team
• Regularly planning activities required for the business in the form of forecast, meetings and presentations
• Providing presales techno-commercial support to FES & channel partners
• Working closely with EPCs and panel builders’ business with a focus on value proposition and marketing activities
• Regularly reviewing department activities and order status to ensure profitability. Preparing monthly MIS and submitting to stake holders
• Systematically tracking the key projects and winning directly else together with industry focused partners

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s in engineering
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant field
• Good knowledge on the Drives/PLCs/Servo products
• Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell segment specific Drives
• Highly motivated team-player with a collaborative, learning & solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills
