Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Should own a two/ four wheeler.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of photovoltaic technology and installation In-depth understanding of solar related policies and regulations.
  • Btech/ Mtech would be preferred.
  • Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing, demonstrated sales success.
  • Experience Min 2 years
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Identification of major Business opportunities.
  • Establish sales processes and Key Performance Indicators for the Business Development team Draft marketing strategy, manage marketing budgets and manage marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the sales funnel with the help of the business development team, including preparation of proposals, pitch meetings, negotiations and order finalisation.
  • Review Frameworks, Central & State Government policies & incentives to formulate business strategies, liasoning with Nodal agencies and Govt..
