Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will focus on providing strategic leadership and direction across the region. This role is designed to develop market share and build top-line revenue for AECOM. In addition to leading the initiatives that drive response, this role requires extensive relationship-building skills and strategies that work both within and beyond the Business Line, including developing relationships with leaders that span the geographies and business lines.

Responsibilities:-

• Identify & Develop new clients for AECOM Building Engineering Vertical.
• Reaching out to potential clients within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
• Building relationship with these identified clients with the objective of securing business.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Ability to identify, understand and focus on client’s key requirements & proactively strategizing.
• Aligning CVs as per RFP/client requirements
• Strengthen existing client relationships.
• Closely tap opportunities coming up in Commercial/IT Parks, Interior fit outs, Industrial & Warehouses, Healthcare, Hospitality & retail, Government & PSU tenders
• Summarize RFP, Make Go/No-go decisions, attend pre bid meetings
• Actively participate in internal approval process, closely coordinate with Finance & Legal team for contracts, work order closure.
• Smooth handover of newly won projects to technical team
• Prepare weekly, monthly Business development reports to management

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• BE.Civil/Mech. B.Arch
• The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in Engineering Consulting industry or from reputed Architecture Firm.
