Job Description

Dynamic individual capable of handling business operations tasks in the company. Strong knowledge of consulting sector, including but not limited to: tendering, costing /estimation BOQs, business development, contracts management, supply chain management, purchase, valuation, etc.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of national and international tender bids in coordination with the technical and accounts personnel.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Bill of Materials, cost accounting and updating the ERP on a regular basis.
  • Business development in a consulting environment, preparing proposals, presentations and doing prospecting, arranging meetings for senior management. Maintaining the CRM dashboard and sales pipeline.
  • Market research for available products, vendors, cost optimization and procurement for sites.
  • Writing blogs, case studies, articles for our website, social media and other associated media.
  • Contract administration and project management for any running sites
  • Maintaining invoices, vouchers and maintaining of records for accounting purposes and any other administrative  tasks as assigned.
  • Create lead generation campaigns through online activities such as blogs, SEO and social media marketing.
  • Coordinating with property dealers, sales teams of real estate projects and facility managers of societies, malls and offices to drive bulk sales.
  • Reach out to decision makers within customer organizations such as corporates, institutions and private entities.

Education:

  • B.Arch / B.Tech with MBA (Construction Management) or similar qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience (preferred not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
