Branch Manager

This position is responsible for supporting the organization by driving sales and managing the team efficiently and effectively for business growth in the Power Solutions Division.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Incumbent will be responsible for P&L activities for the entire state.
• Must have exposure to managing the team of ASMs and Sales Executives.
• Execute & plan strategies to maximize the market share.
• Sales driving and activation activities in the assigned state.
• Sound exposure into handling distribution channel network.
• Responsible for managing all Branch activities with strong leadership skills. Well-versed with Branch operations/processes.
• Strong man-management skills.
• Compliance with all regulatory and auditory requirements.
• Implementing the best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base.
• Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the organization consistently.
• Manage the entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.

Qualification:-

• MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.

Experience:-

• Min 10 to 15 Years in Function/Technical Skills.
• MS Office.

Location:-

• Chhattisgarh, India.
