Asst. Manager -Electrical-MEP

• Design coordination with MEP consultant. Able to work on AutoCAD and 3D Revit models.
• Design knowledge to give inputs for Electrical / ELVS design which includes – Transformer sizing, DG sizing, Cable Sizing. Equipment Layout, Illumination Layout, Small Power Layouts, Cable tray Layout, Earthing & Lightning Protection Layouts & Single Line Diagram etc.
• Planning and Execution of all MEP work specifically electrical / ELVS for high-rise Residential projects.
• Execute the project as per the BOQ, budget, cost, and timelines.
• Coordinate with the other dept. / team members, Consultants, Vendors, and other professionals for the timely execution of work.
• Resolve issues in terms of drawings, details, material specifications, coordination etc while executing the work.
• Knowledge of Statutory code & local bye laws applicable for High-rise residential building in terms of planning, designing & project coordination.

Minimum Qualification:-

• B.TECH/B.E
