Associate System Design And Integration Specialist

Integration Solutions Service (ISS) team, which drives digital transformation of Boeing through continuous delivery of cost optimized common services and innovative technology products is looking for talents to support system design and integration specialist. The talent will be joining the ISS team to support IT Operations automation activities in order to gain efficiency. The ISS team utilizes Safe/Agile methodology to develop products using Microservices, event driven architecture, various platforms including APIM, data streaming and Integration broker.

Responsibilities:-

• Identifies, evaluates and documents computing system requirements.
• Contribute to designs, builds and tests delivery systems and components.
• Evaluates product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments.
• Provides technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of delivery systems.
• Contribute to technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problems.
• Communicate effectively across multiple teams.
• Review and implement development standards.
• Document information such as configuration and implementation following process and design standards.
• Use Agile and Kanban best practices through Azure Dev Ops (ADO).

Basic Qualifications (Required skills/ experience):-

• 1+ years streaming data experience.
• 2+ years of linux and shell script.
• Must have experience with Java.
• 1+ years of cloud computing & containerization.
• 1+ years of Kafka Experience.
• Must have Ansible.
• Familiar with Git and Jenkins.
• Demonstrated initiative, eager to learn, adaptable, and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems operate.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired skills/ experience):-

• Familiar with Terraform.
• Familiar with Python.
• Familiar with ETL.
• Familiar with traditional and noSQL data modeling concepts.
• Familiar with Kubernets.

Education:-

• Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 4 to 8 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s Degree and 3 to 7 years’ related work experience)
