Associate – Renewable Designing

We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate-Renewable Designing to be part of our Renewable Engineering team responsible for designing solar, wind, and BESS projects across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have designing experience in renewable energy. The candidate must be knowledgeable about renewable energy technologies, particularly solar and wind.

Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop, and manage solar, wind, and BESS projects across multiple geographies.
• Provide technical due diligence and Designing support for the acquisition of new projects.
• Evaluate new and emerging renewable energy technologies and provide guidance on their potential integration into our project portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business development, project finance, construction, and operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and Designing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and codes.
• Generate construction drawing packages/sketches/as-builts using AutoCAD software.
• General arrangement/layout drawings, Section and elevation drawings, Construction details, Single line diagrams, Maintain CAD templates and libraries.
• Provide sales department with preliminary concept drawings and technical assistance as needed.
• Occasional site visits to gain field data.
• Perform other responsibilities as necessary to support the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• Diploma in Electrical Designing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project design Designing.
• Strong knowledge of Auto CAD and sketch up for designing of solar and wind technologies and their integration with BESS.
• Experience in hydrogen technology is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with designing standards, and codes.
• Experience in hydrogen technology is a plus.
