Associate Project Engineer – HVDC – Electrical Design

Responsibilities:-

• Demonstrate knowledge in preparation of auxiliary power SLD for HVDC station / Substation / Power plants
• Preparation of list of loads/load list/feeder list
• Evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques and procedures for sizing of Auxiliary Transformer, Diesel generator, MV & LV cables.
• Good knowledge in preparing the technical specification for Medium Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchgear, Diesel generator and Auxiliary transformer.
• Coordinate with the designer in preparing equipment and cable routing layout
• Demonstrate knowledge in review of civil and electrical interface drawings for construction.
• Ensure supplier documents are meeting the necessary standards and contractual requirements.
• Ensures that engineering activities comply with highest safety standards and abiding to contractual requirements.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor Degree B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Should have minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in preparation of conceptual cable routing for HVDC station / Substation / Power plants .
• Must have experience in MS Office, Engineering Base/equivalent.
• Knowledge in 3D modelling of auxiliary power equipment’s, Service building and cable routing would be added advantage.
