Associate Project Engineer

You will be working as Associate Project Engineer and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Energy Industries Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to the Engineering Manager. You will be primarily responsible for supporting engineering activities under the supervision of senior engineer in all types of projects sizes and complexities. Completing tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:-

• Performing development activities in MES by working in ABB products and also other microsoft technologies like C# .Net, Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and above. Also documenting tasks using word, excel and power point.
• Identifying variation requests to support contract claims issuing. Following work plans and cost estimation, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost.
• Supporting risk assessments and implementation of resulting actions. Documenting and handling technical risks according to mitigation guidelines.
• Clarifying technical queries for customers. Interacting with other staff and contractors.
• Collaborating with the supply chain function, reviewing vendor documentation, supporting preparation of RFQs, evaluation of proposals, maintaining the execution of projects, etc
• Using standard processes and tools, reporting process and tool inefficiencies, along with suggesting ideas for improvement

Qualification And Experience:-

• Master’s in Computer Application or any related branch
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience as .Net, Full Stack developer
• Knowledge in C#. Net (windows and web technologies), Microsoft SQL Server (2012 and above)
• Knowledge in MES will be an added advantage
