Job Description
Responsibilities:-
Strategic:-
- To assist Head MEP for Electrical & ELV design engineering, planning & estimation for real estate & construction projects in Mumbai Region. Position shall be based at HO.
Operational:-
- To plan Electrical Design Calculations for HV/ MV/LV , Lighting Design Calculations, System Design, Equipment Selections, etc.
- To execute Electrical BOQ, Technical Specifications, Cost Estimations for electrical & ELV works for Projects.
- Planning and sequencing of services for the project
- To identify design gaps and suggest corrections.
- To suggest ideas in Electricity Safety, Indian and International codes & standards for services like IS, NBC, IEE, ECBC, etc.
- To coordinate with Architects, Consultants and internal team for Design Reports, design optimization and drawings for MEP works.
- To implement value engineering in design, coordinate with environmental & green building consultants for IGBC/ MoEF clearances.
Financial:-
- To prepare feasibility reports, Cost estimations, BOQ and tender specifications for MEP works.
People:-
- Exhibit Performance driven culture.
Qualifications and Experience:-
- B.E. in Electrical
- 8+ years of work experience with >5 years in a similar position in MEP consultancy or real estate development industry. Exposure In high rise residential, commercial preferred.
