Associate Manager

• Aerospace Engineer with a minimum of 15 Years in active Civil Aviation, Airline, Corporate Aviation, Air Charter, MRO, Aircraft Maintenance Organization; with age at the time of joining not exceeding 45(Forty-Five Years).
• Establish, manage and operate a Quality Assurance and Quality Oversight department in conformance with standards defined as part the DGCA for NSOP in CAR Part M, Part 145 and in accidence with ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001.
• Maintenance/AMO, the Part 145 function, CAMO, Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Stores, Procurement, Maintenance Forecasting, Maintenance Planning, People Capability and Training Standards, Minimum Quality Standards of Vendors, Suppliers and Partners.
• Manage and drive audits with a Quality Team covering the entire span and scope of the organization including if required perform audits to ensure overall standards are constantly maintained.
• Ensure periodic SAFA audits are conducted on the fleet and ensure highest standards of operational acceptability is maintained.
• Should be certified as Lead Audit in ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and preferably AS9100.
• Revise ,update and constantly evolve department audit standards including check lists, protocols and audit scope keeping in view the changing dynamics of DGCA regulations, OEM standards and specifications, ISO and related standards for aerospace and aviation as and when they are in applicability.
• Should come with the ability to manage a department and have managerial/people management skills including experience of managing a team of at least three Quality Assurance Officers.
• Should have experience of conducting pre-audits and third party audits including those that are defined as Part of DGCA Part M of vendors, suppliers and AMO’s.
• Devise and set in place specific maintenance quality audits and maintenance/shop visit audits that ensure continuous quality monitoring of aircraft before shop visit, during shop visit and after shop visit in accordance with DGCA CAR Part M.
• Interface and Interact with the DGCA from time to time as needed.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• Engineering Graduate/B-Tech/MSE
• Mechanical Stream B1 or B2
• BSE Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
• IAF Maintenance College/Command Conversation Course Indoctrination Course (Defense Candidates only)
• ISO or AS Audit Certification
• Six Sigma or Kaizen Certified Auditor/Implementor
