Job Description

Translate business vision and strategy into operational tactics; Analyse every aspect of the business to ensure strategic plans are working effectively and keeping organization competitive.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
  • Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan. Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan
  • Communicating and implementing company’s strategy internally and externally to all stakeholders to understand the company-wide strategic plan and  overall goals.
  • Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement. .
  • Based on approved Roadmap, Identify growth opportunities through JV, M&A, partnerships, geographic expansion for new and existing business lines.
  • Engage with respective stakeholders to agree on projects based on market size, growth opportunity and profitability. Preparation of business plans, and detailed reports for selected new projects
  • Thorough study of proposals for New market entry: identify, investigate and develop opportunities for the company to enter new geographic, either organically or through acquisition.
  • Consistently provide insights to CEO, on the business implications arising out of market research and analysis.
  • Developing inclusive planning processes. Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.
  • Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans.
