ASSOCIATE AR

• Process month-end close accounting operations including – preparing cash application reports, unapplied and on account cash recon, customer and bank account reconciliations, invoicing and collections.
• Partner with cross functional teams including Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, Sales Operations, GL Accounting.
• Be a team player and be willing to take on ad-hoc requests.
• Support and ensure implementation of financial controls and process and system solutions.
• Assist with process improvements through automation, streamlining and best practices to ensure an efficient close process.

Qualification & Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years relevant or direct experience related to activities listed above.
• Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with cooperative, interdisciplinary approach.
• Knowledge of standard accounting processes and controls with understanding of US GAAP and SOX a plus.
• Advanced skills with Excel and data manipulation. QlikView, SFDC and experience Oracle R12 or later preferred.
