Assistant Vice President- Design & Engineering

Responsibilities:-

• Partner with Sales & Bidding organization in customer acquisition through application engineering solutions.
• It should include Optimization through sizing and engineering of Solar, Wind and Energy Storage assets to suit the bid and customer requirements
• Detailed engineering and BOQ-based optimization
• Partner with projects and services organization for optimal design and engineering solutions for project execution.
• Build a competitive edge for the organization through the adoption of innovative technology, design and engineering solutions.
• This involves experimenting, proof of concept, techno-commercial evaluation and absorption of new technologies and solutions.
• Develop engineering and design capabilities with investments in people, processes and tools.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum experience of 15 years in this field
• Experiences in design & engineering of solar, wind or energy storage systems.
• Knowledge of IT systems like PLS CAD/SCADA
• Experience in detailed engineering of energy storage systems
