Assistant Manager- Tools Commodity Lead

• Acting as principle buyer responsible for strategic and operational planning, reporting as well as price planning and price negotiation on supplier level, development, and implementation of family of parts and selection of recommended suppliers.
• Identify needs for action in the areas of cost reduction and optimization of supplier portfolios with a focus on supplier evaluation, risk assessment and classification.
• Conduct contract negotiations and their conclusion to ensure the target achievement.
• Responsible for procurement and capacity management as well as recourse and change management.
• Organise, control, and look after projects and contribute to the ongoing optimization of work systems.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Project Management, or other relevant discipline.
• Min. 3 years of purchasing experience with an international organisation preferred.
• Fluent English (German would be an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel + Driving licence B (up to 30%).
