Job Description

  • Prepare detailed Cluster level logistic plan in line with the overall project logistic plan.
  • Prepare Cost estimation of project compiling the cost of Materials, Manpower, Equipment, Subcontracts, Overheads etc. required for the execution of the project and ensure completion of the project within the Budgeted Cost.
  • Support for tender finalization of Civil / HVAC/ ELEC/Plumbing/Fire Fighting/Land Scaping related works.
  • Monitor design/construction activities/adherence to specifications/ implement system to control costs and recommend Costing Analysis.
  • Project planning including material requirement and scheduling.
  • Site Supervision including construction and materials management.
  • Ensuring the Quality control of workmanship and material.
  • Weekly reporting of construction activities.
  • Study the drawings and understand the scope of work of the contractor
  • Prepare reconciliation statement of materials.
  • Liaise with procurement department for the material/equipment/sub contract prices.
  • Preparing daily & weekly MIS, progress reports for presentation to management.

Qualifications:-

  • B.E Civil + PG Construction Management/Project Planning with 5-7 years of exp
