Job Description
- Calculation of Project IRR and Equity IRR.
- Analysis of costing for every project and reconciliation with various departments.
- Preparation of Financial Models for Term Loan, Feasibility Report for real estate projects.
- Analyzing the sources and application of funds.
- Approaching new lenders for term loan/construction finance/LAP facilities and preparing presentations, project & group level data, debt position of the company and other data as required to close the deal.
- Coordinating for disbursements, repayments for existing lender.
- Working on non-fund based limit (Bank Guarantee).
- Working with Internal & external auditor for streamlining operating procedures, internal compliances, MIS and reports for business intelligence.
- Preparation of Monthly Compliance reports for Investors.
- Budgeted and actual variance report analysis.
- Closely working with Business Development team & responsible for due diligence process including legal, valuation & compliance aspects.
- Compliances with Banks & Relationship management with lenders.
