Draughtsman for PV Solar Project – Electrical (m/f/d)

• Assemble documents packages and develop drawing sets to be reviewed by engineer.
• Ensure to quantify factors affecting arrangement and installation of equipment and components.
• Preparation of in-house drawings and explain prepared drawings.
• Visit proposed installation sites and draw rough sketches.
• Preparation of As-built drawings precisely.
• Quick response to the team and able to amend/modify drawings.
• Efficient to prepare SLDs, wiring diagrams, earthing layout, cable plan layout, string details, station cabling details for PV project of different capacities.
• Calculate and collect quantities for bill of material as per drawing
• Maintaining project engineering records

Qualification and Educational Requirements:-

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical from institute of Repute.
• Certification in AutoCAD is mandatory and Autodesk Inventor, Helios, other PV software are preferrable.
• Min 3 years of relevant industry experience in solar plant design
• Knowledge of IEC codes and industry practices
• Languages: English is our day-to-day working language, knowledge of other languages will be advantage

Your Profile:-

• Good experience and knowledge in drafting in areas of Electrical and Mechanical of PV plant i.e SLD, Circuit diagram, layouts cable scheduling, transformer station, System loss calculation and Cable trench for all size of PV projects.
• Knowledge of electrical components and understanding of the specification.
• Developing design documents using AutoCAD and other tools.
• Software skills like AutoCAD (mandatory) and MS office.
• Knowledge and previous experience in PV floating system will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and previous experience in Autodesk Inventor will be an advantage.
