Assistant Manager- Electrical Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for induction Heater, actually well versed with technical know how.
• Rich Exp in forging Industry say around 10-15 Years.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults. & Analysis of breakdown problems.
• Controlling maintenance tools and equipment s.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Communicate with vendor/parts suppliers & other production colleagues.
• Responsible to set IMS objective and to achieve the targets.
• Responsible to reduce Electrical Maintenance down time.
• Responsible to maintain Power Factor near at about unity.
• To maintain Electrical Spare parts availability in store by planning and procurement from right source along with purchase
• Electrical related capex execution.
• Predictive Maintenance planning and execution.
• Preventive Maintenance planning and execution.
• Responsible for departmental lean improvements & cont. Improvement project.
• Documentation for IATF -16949 system.
• To monitor power consumption Unit/ Ton of forging and steel and make plan for it’s reduction.
• Communicate with top management for department related issues.
• Responsible for complete maintenance of main & Isolation transformers.
• Internal communicate to user department.
• Critical problem resolve and communicate with supervisor.

Education:-

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical.

Experience:-

• Min 10 to 20 year(s)

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• In depth knowledge of Induction Heater.
• Working with manufacturing concern as Forging.

Location:-

• Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh.
