Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Daily monitoring and reporting to the area and state leads about asset performance
  • Ensure Monthly Compliance: Compliance to Integrated Management System, Compliance to Legal, Statutory requirements through ReCAT – 100%.
  • Zero non- compliance of statutory requirement, Complete all Technical condition audit.
  • Reinforces and leads the execution of standards, standard work and OPEX processes. Closure of all punch points Resolution of Power Evacuation issues Stabilization of Assets Closure of Quality points Windfarms.
  • Establishes a strong collaborative relationship with the Technical Strategist, Process teams, and department Asset Leaders to ensure the development and execution of continuous improvement plans to address chronic longer-term issues and advance the capability of the assets.
  • Owns the output of assigned assets – safety, productivity, quality and cost.
  • Ensures safety of people, processes, and equipment are at the forefront of all work.
  • Analysis of technical faults, power curtailments, condition monitoring analysis.
  • Technical support on troubleshooting.
  • HOTO of the Project site & ROW management for site smooth execution.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.
  • Proactive foreseeing on the impacts with various change in laws and regulations happening timely.
  • Planning resource (Human/Spares/Services) requirement & raise requirement to central team to derive optimum output from e-BoP assets under operation.
  • Comprehensive approach to deal the operational risks at site and achieve the state performance KPIs
  • Implementation of   Peak Season Preparation Plan (PSPP).
  • e- BoP Asset due diligence for new project acquisition & support for management decisions.
  • Participation in e-BoP asset health audit & compliances
  • FMECA (Failure Mode Effect & Criticality analysis) of all e-BoP assets processes & services and ongoing derivation of improvement opportunities and actions thereon

Must Haves:-

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience (7-8 yrs.) in Electrical system evaluation of a Pooling Substation and transmission networks.
  • High level of English language written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge in the local language is a desired skill.
  • An electrical supervisor certificate is a must.

Functional Competencies:-

  • Solid technical skills with emphasis in problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily work under a ever-growing environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
