Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage day to day administrative tasks for IM Delivery Centre India (IDCI). Provide administrative and office support to all the employees of the IDCI.
  • Work with our Travel partners in managing travel logistics and activities, including Visa assistance, accommodations, transportation, and meals in line with organizations policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate in smooth travel preparations for our overseas guests & counterparts visiting IDCI.
  • Assist with travel expense management as per company policies as a local key user.
  • Align, liaison and collaborate within the function (IM Teams other than India) and other support functions like HR, WSSC/ local finance & Admin to define, refine and continuous improvement.
  • Support project billings and admin billings activities.
  • Assist in new employee onboarding with needed logistical support as well as taking care of the administration related activities.
  • Organize team communications and assist in planning events, both internal and off-sites.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.

Qualifications & requirements:-

  • Graduate by education and with a minimum of 8 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Experience in working with multi-located and diverse teams across the globe.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
