Application Administrator – Bentley Reality Modeling

• Provide technical support for all Reality Modeling software components in a complex mission critical environment
• Manage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor, and proprietary technical issues
• Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of Reality Modeling applications
• Identify proactive solutions for recurring technology requirements to benefit the business
• Maintain reality Modeling related documentation and applicable Delivery Knowledge Portal pages
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
• Collaborate and interact with various stakeholders including the ICT team
• Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications
• Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
• Willing to work after hours as part of a global team
• Lead and participate in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring
• Lead and participate in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches and new releases
• Undertake integration between various systems consuming and using Reality Model data
• Adhere to standards and processes for systems in Hatch

Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience

Experience:-

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a related survey, data acquisition, or Reality Model processing field
• 3 years hands-on experience in application administration and operational systems support (day to day operations including installation, upgrade, configuration, trouble shooting, debugging, patching)
• Experience with at least one of the following Design Tool platforms:
• Context Capture
• Recap
• Pointools
• Other PointCloud based applications and display systems
• Experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness
• Exposure to any of the following enterprise systems: Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePoint
• Exposure to survey data, point clouds, reality models, mesh models, geospatial photogrammetry
• Exposure to systems that host and consume Reality Model data.

• Understand software and hardware requirements of varied Reality Modeling applications and systems that consume and display the data
• Understand the workflow and process requirements of Reality Modeling application systems
• Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering Reality Model data related systems and applications
• Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and ability to work well with others
• Teamwork: Working together to achieve organizational and team goals
• Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and ability to clearly articulate the concepts to senior management
• Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
